D's Blessing

D had her blessing a few weeks ago. It was a crazy day but I think that is how everyday is now that there are four.
Big B's parents came and that was so wonderful. We loved having time alone with them. (That doesn't happen very often with Big B having such a big family.) A learned how to sew and the boys went to look at job sites. Then the men went golfing.

This is everyone that came to support D. My two brothers and their families and both sets of grandparents. We had a little BBQ after and it all turned out great, especially the BBQ corn. I'm so glad to have D in our family and I can't believe how fast she is growing.

Last week the kids and big B went with my dad to two games. B was excited for the second game because he really wanted to go to batting practice. Come to find out they don't have batting practice on day games. He was upset til grandpa bought him frozen lemonade. That made everything okay.

(It doesn't hurt that the boys are so handsome!)

July 4th

This year for the fourth we took it easy. We went swimming had a BBQ and watched fireworks. No friends or family, just our chaotic crew. This is them waiting for the fireworks.
Here is how we found Miss D after A was watching her. I guess shes following the ways of her father.

D's Baby Shower

Here is Miss D making her big debut. Also sporting her new silver shoes, just one of the wonderful things she got at her shower.
It was the perfect shower!! Just my closest friends and family. I was very impressed with how well my friends know me. The food was the best bread ever with yummy different kinds of butter and for dessert we had pizookies. Plain but delicious, just how I like it. It was a great night with great company.

A's Performances

A had several Singers Company Performances. It was a 50's and 60's theme.

Then she had her very first dance recital. She danced to Jail House Rock.

She did great and I'm sure we'll have tons more recitals to attend as the years go on. She is a great little performer.

B's Preschool Graduation

B is all done with preschool and is ready for Kindergarten!! He got to lead everyone in the pledge at his graduation.
